Copleston High School are looking for a professional, friendly and highly organised receptionist to join the office team. As the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, the receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office. You will ensure that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and courteously, supporting the smooth running of the school’s daily operations.

The position will involve a mixture of reception duties, clerical support and liaising with students and parents. You will also be required to administer First Aid, where necessary, and to maintain appropriate accurate and up to date records. A First Aid qualification would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be expected to work the first and last week of the summer holidays and cover some of the other school holidays as and when required.
